The fish we supply comes from well-managed waters, to minimise the risk of overfishing. Fishing quotas are rigorously set and monitored annually by National Fisheries Authorities, Governments, and the EU, following close consultation with fishermen, their associations, and government scientists.

Working closely with our trusted suppliers, both mainstream and specialist, we only source from these certified fisheries. This commitment is fundamental to protecting our oceans and supporting healthy fish stocks for future generations.

For species identified as endangered, we strictly adhere to the Marine Conservation Society's guidelines on what we promote and sell. What's more, our site is fully SALSA certified, guaranteeing our high standards.
