The Start

In 2015, Gary App's began his new business venture – My Fish Company Ltd. The aim was to establish a specialist seafood wholesale business where quality is king.  

​

Our in-house team of production staff prepare these products to your specific requirements from how we fillet and portion to pin boning and packing.

​

One very special retail customer ‘Booths’ has been trading with My Fish Company from the very first day of business and we are extremely proud to supply fish to both their counters and cabinets in-store.

All our staff are carefully selected too! Because when you join My Fish Company, you join our family.  We look for the best in the industry and beyond – but we also look to ‘grow’ our own group of experts by working closely with the local community and various educational establishments, as well as through training and development of our own staff members. We’re very passionate about our people; from our staff, suppliers and partners, to every one of our customers.

We carefully select all our suppliers choosing only to work with those who can provide a consistently high-quality product and service.

 

We are continuing to expand our supplier network including direct contact with skippers and boats to further enhance our ability to source freshly caught for our customers. We also offer a range of deli products to compliment any dish.

My Fish Company is Salsa Accredited. Approval certification is only granted to suppliers who are able to demonstrate to a SALSA auditor that they are able to produce safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.
