Working with our key chefs across the North West, Yorkshire and The Lakes, supplying some of the finest hotels & restaurants, offering the best local fresh fish, direct from Fleetwood and the north west coastline.
We also source the finest prime fish & shellfish from, Newlyn, Peterhead and the Shetlands. Our in-house smokery creates the finest natural smoked haddock, perfect for your creative ideas!
