Our famous smoked fish
After filleting our fish by hand in-house we soak it in brine before cold smoking to create a delicate smokey yet a slightly salty flavour and beautifully tender texture.
Our smoked fish range
We have our very own Smokehouse here at our premises in Fleetwood. Our fish is cold smoked in our Kiln by our Master Smoker’s, which means the fish isn’t cooked; but is exposed to smoke using a mix of damp Beech and Oak Wood sawdust. This turns the white fish a cream to beige colour.
Our smoked fish range includes:
Haddock, cod, cod roe & lightly smoked salmon.
We also provide a pie mix with or without smoked fish.
